The Florida Supreme Court has suspended Boca Raton divorce attorney Erica Helene Kobloth after she was held in contempt of court for failing to respond to Florida Bar inquiries sent in September and November 2018.

The Palm Beach Circuit Grievance Committee found Kobloth had not complied with Florida Bar Rule 3-7.11 (f), which governs disciplinary procedure, when she failed to answer a complaint that claimed she hadn’t shown up for July 2018 trial in a Broward divorce case.
